Visit to Agrodome a "agritourism farm show with many breeds sheep, & NZ hutaway sheep dog. Great example of a farm doing agribusiness. Visit to Whakarewara thermal reserve & Maori arts & crafts institute. Maori are native people to NZ. Lunch on Rotorua. Very interesting visit to Kiwi Product LTD who export kiwi fruit, citrus and other subtropical fruit. Their new venture is a kiwi berry, which has a smooth edible skin. Even saw the rare kiwi bird. Finished the evening with Maori Hangi (dinner was cooked in pit in the ground) and a cultural show.
