The smell of fresh basil greeted the ag group as they visited with Alvin Ty Law of Fat Law Farms. The company raises a number of crops unfamiliar to the group including dragon fruit, Thai basil, varieties of eggplant and Moringa trees. They have about 280 acres that are used to grow fresh herbs and produce for the islands.
