Jan. 8; Bob Stanga shared how he went from being a helicopter pilot to owning Hamkua Mushrooms in Laupahoehoe. The mushrooms are grown in a mixture of sawdust and corn cobs in specially made jars from Japan. Mushrooms were cooked on a grill for sampling. June also shared other products that include mushrooms including coffee, cookies and butter.
