He's familiar with bee operations and knows that South Dakota is the No.1 producer of honey. Each queen is worth $20 and boxes of hundreds of bees are shipped in specially made boxes that include food the each queen. Gus has been in the busines for 40 years and has 38 employees.Gus is on the Monsanto advisory board to understand the decline in bees.
